- Use Jevity.ai to create or send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt any part of our systems.
- Use the Services to violate any laws, including email/SMS marketing regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.).
- Resell or falsely represent Jevity.ai software or deliverables as your own unless explicitly permitted.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
2. AI-Generated Output
Our Services may generate text, images, strategy, or code using artificial intelligence. You understand and agree that:
- AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or require human review.
- You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it.
- Jevity.ai is not liable for decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, timely information to enable us to deliver the Services.
- Maintain compliance with all marketing, data privacy, and communication laws.
- Obtain proper consent before uploading or sharing customer data with us or our systems.
You represent that you own or have rights to all materials you provide.

5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated:
- You retain ownership of any content, brand assets, and data you provide.
- Jevity.ai retains ownership of its internal processes, frameworks, code, templates, AI prompts, and proprietary workflows.
- Any materials created under a paid engagement become yours upon full payment, except for licensed or proprietary system components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Jevity.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, strategic, or personal information shared during the engagement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate written agreements per the terms stated in the contract.
Upon termination:
- All outstanding balances remain due.
- Jevity.ai may revoke access to systems, tools, or proprietary workflows.
9. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Shopify, Stripe, Clay, etc.).
You agree that:
- These platforms have their own terms.
- Jevity.ai is not responsible for outages, limitations, or data issues from third-party systems.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
